Shipping policy

Where we ship. We ship to the United Kingdom, most of Europe, the USA, Canada and Australia. The countries we deliver to are listed at checkout.

Making your order. Our prints are printed to order. Please allow 5 to 8 working days to prepare your order before it is posted.

Delivery times. After dispatch, standard delivery usually takes 2 to 3 working days within the UK. Express delivery is sent on a next-day service once your order has been prepared, so it still needs the preparation time above. Orders going outside the UK take longer. These are estimates, not guarantees, and delays can happen with the carrier.

Delivery costs. The cost is shown at checkout before you pay. UK delivery is free on posters and print sets. Greetings cards cost £2.90 and mugs cost £3.99 to post within the UK. Delivery outside the UK is a flat £17 per order.

Customs, duties and import taxes. Orders sent outside the UK may be charged import duties and taxes by the destination country. These charges are not included in our prices or delivery cost. The carrier collects them from you before or on delivery, and they are your responsibility.

Packaging. Prints are sent flat or rolled in protective packaging so they arrive in good condition.

Tracking. We send a tracking number by email when your order is dispatched, where the service includes tracking.

Digital downloads. Digital products are delivered by email or download link after payment. Nothing is posted. Digital products are available to customers in the UK only.

Lost or delayed parcels. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, contact us at myfirstclassprint@gmail.com and we will investigate it with the carrier.

Damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, email myfirstclassprint@gmail.com within 14 days with a photo and your order number. We'll replace it or refund you.
