Terms of service
About these terms. These terms apply to everything you buy from this website, which is run by First Class Prints (see our Legal notice for our full details). By placing an order you agree to them. If you have a question, email us at myfirstclassprint@gmail.com.
Our products. We sell posters, prints, bundles, greetings cards, mugs, tea towels, gifts and digital wallpapers. We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately, but colours can look different on different screens and may vary slightly between print batches. Prints are unframed unless the listing says otherwise.
Prices. Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£). We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown when you place your order. If we spot an obvious pricing mistake, we will tell you before dispatch and give you the choice to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Placing an order. Your order is an offer to buy from us. We accept it when we email you to say your order has been dispatched, or for digital products when we send your download. We may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable, and if so you will get a full refund.
Payment. Payment is taken when you place your order, through our payment provider. We don't see or store your full card details.
Delivery. We deliver to the places shown at checkout, and delivery times and costs are explained in our Shipping policy. Delivery dates are estimates.
Cancellations and returns. Your right to cancel and return an order is explained in our Returns and refunds policy. These terms do not affect your legal rights as a consumer.
Faulty items. If something arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us and we will put it right in line with your consumer rights.
Digital products. Digital wallpapers are for your personal use only. You may not share, resell or redistribute the files.
Our designs. All artwork, photographs and text on this site belong to First Class Prints unless stated otherwise. Buying a print gives you the physical item for your own use, not the right to reproduce or sell the design.
Our responsibility to you. We are responsible for losses you suffer that are a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or being careless. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for losses to a business or trade use of our products. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.
Events outside our control. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by things we cannot reasonably control, such as carrier delays, severe weather or supplier problems. We will tell you if this affects your order.
Changes to these terms. We may update these terms from time to time. The version in place when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you also have the protection of your local laws, and disputes can be taken to the courts where you live.
